Welcome Burton ‘Burt’ Clarke to Coldwell Banker Chesapeake
We are excited to announce that Burton ‘Burt’ Clarke has joined Coldwell Banker Chesapeake as a new agent. Burton will be working out of our Chesapeake City Office under the guidance of Tinamarie Reamy, Vice President of Sales and Manager of the office located in the heart of Chesapeake City, MD.
About Burton ‘Burt’ Clarke
Burton brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team. He graduated from Delaware State University with a Bachelor of Science in 2009 and a Master of Business in 2013. During his time at Delaware State, he was an accomplished indoor and outdoor track and field athlete from 2007 to 2011.
His professional career includes roles as an account manager at Sallie Mae (2014-2015) and a recovery manager at Navient (2015-present). Burton has also been a real estate investor since 2020 and a licensed real estate agent since 2021. He previously worked with Long & Foster (2022-2023) before joining our team. Licensed in both Maryland and Delaware, Burton is well-equipped to assist clients across the region.
Burton resides in the beautiful town of North East, MD, with his family. His dedication to his family and community, combined with his extensive real estate and professional background, make him a valuable asset to our team.

The Grinch Visits Our Chesapeake City Office

It was a somber day at our Chesapeake City Office on November 30, 2023, as all the Whos down in Whoville
gathered to partake in the annual tradition of decorating the company Christmas tree. The ornaments, collected from vendors, clients, and employees far and wide, were a testament to the festive spirit that had become a multi-year tradition thanks to our spirited agent, Holli Davis. Among the cherished collection was a beautiful tree skirt that added an extra layer of holiday magic.
However, in an unforeseen turn of events, the Grinch made an uninvited appearance in Chesapeake City, nabbing the treasured ornament collection and even making off with the beloved tree skirt. The holiday cheer was momentarily dampened, but our resilient Holli Davis refused to let the Grinch steal Christmas from our office.
With a warm heart and an unyielding Christmas spirit, Holli set out to make the best of a disheartening situation. Undeterred by the Grinch’s antics, she decorated our modest tree in her own special way. While it may not hold the same treasured memories as before, it now radiates with Holli’s bright light, a testament to her indomitable spirit.
