MSBR Leadership Role and I.D.E.A. Award
Coldwell Banker Chesapeake is proud to celebrate the accomplishments of Easton real estate agent Jen Voshell, who was recently recognized for her leadership and community service. Jen has been appointed Secretary of the Mid-Shore Board of Realtors (MSBR) 2025–2026 Leadership Team and was also awarded the I.D.E.A. Award for outstanding contributions to inclusion, diversity, equity, and accessibility.
Jen Voshell Appointed to MSBR Leadership Team
On September 16, 2025, during the MSBR Leadership Installations and Awards Program at the Hyatt Place Kent Narrows, Jen was officially installed as Secretary of the MSBR Leadership Team.

Honored with the MSBR I.D.E.A. Award
In addition to her leadership role, Jen was recognized with the MSBR I.D.E.A. Award, which spotlights individuals who further the mission of Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility within the association and community.
“Jen’s passion for equality is contagious. She has championed initiatives from securing 13 community non-profits for the Diversity Summit to testifying in support of Pride events. Her leadership continues to inspire growth in the I.D.E.A. Committee.”

- Securing 13 community nonprofits for the MSBR Diversity Summit
- Testifying at a town council meeting in support of Pride events
- Designing social media campaigns for Black History Month, Veterans Day, Women’s History Month, and Pride Month
- Growing awareness and participation in the I.D.E.A. Committee
