After years of figuring out what I truly wanted to do, I discovered that my passion is helping families buy and sell homes while guiding them toward achieving their dreams. When I became a licensed real estate agent, I adopted a motto that reflects how I work with my clients: “Don’t put things off until later that you can do now.” If you want to see a house today, I’m there. If you want to tour multiple homes in one day, I’m ready. A market analysis the same day, you got it! You are always first! I believe real estate should be exciting, responsive, and enjoyable.
I genuinely love helping people, and while some might say that’s a weakness, I believe it’s what makes me different. My goal is always to create a positive experience and build lasting relationships with the people I work with.
Originally from Pennsylvania, I spent my summers at my grandparents’ home in Rock Hall, Maryland, where I fell in love with the charm and lifestyle of the Eastern Shore. That connection never left me—my family is from Talbot & Kent County, it truly runs in my blood. My family and I now live in Kennedyville after living in Millington for 19 years, and we enjoy everything the Chesapeake Bay lifestyle offers. Beaches, boating, crabbing, fishing and all of the above!
As an avid ice hockey player, I’ve learned the value of teamwork, dedication, and perseverance—qualities I bring to every real estate transaction. In the warmer months, my family and I enjoy boating and spending time on the Chesapeake Bay. I also serve as a Dock Captain at Great Oak Yacht Club, staying closely connected to the local boating community. I am currently on the Tourism subcommittee & Housing subcommittee for Kent County!
During the winter, you’ll usually find me on the ice playing hockey with the Delaware Bobcats, where I play center and serve as the team representative. Whether on the rink or in real estate, I believe success comes from teamwork, commitment, and always showing up for the people who count on you. Home goals with Hyland. Let's score together!
