After more than two decades of helping families find their perfect homes on the Eastern Shore of Maryland, Richard is stepping back to enjoy a well-deserved retirement with his wife, Vicki.

His community involvement includes serving on the board of the Chester River Association, where he has been a voice for preserving the beautiful local waterways that are such a vital part of life on the Shore.

As a dedicated volunteer for Boy Scout Troop 130 and an Eagle Scout advisor, Richard has guided many young men through important life milestones. Additionally, his role as a ham radio operator has kept him engaged with the Kent County Amateur Radio Society and the local Emergency Management program.

As Richard steps into this new chapter, he and Vicki are looking forward to enjoying the peaceful lifestyle that the Eastern Shore offers. Retirement will allow them to embrace more time in the place they love, surrounded by the community they have contributed to so deeply.
