Tom Draper, a lifetime resident of Queen Anne’s County, resides in Centreville and comes from generations of entrepreneurs with very strong ties to the local community. Upon Tom’s graduation from Salisbury University, Salisbury, MD, he joined First Home Mortgage as a Production Assistant under the leadership of Tracy Cohee Hodges, Vice President Area Manager Eastern Shore Lending.
